McCallum Environmental Ltd. is pleased to announce completion of its 137th Federal Environmental Assessment under CEAA.

McCallum Environmental Ltd. completed the environmental assessment for the Deer Lake Airport Authority runway expansion and access road alteration (Newfoundland), submitted to Infrastructure Canada through Hatch Mott MacDonald on June 9, 2009. Approval terms and conditions were received on June 16, 2009.

McCallum Environmental Ltd. continues to provide environmental assessment, project management, and federal and provincial regulatory submission services for the Nexen Inc. 80 MW Hand Hills Wind Project, Alberta.
